Ben has been recruiting supply chain professionals with some of the world’s leading companies for the past 15 years. Over this period, Ben has worked across all supply chain functional areas and has developed deep expertise and networks in regional recruitment across the Asia-Pacific Region. Ben is recognised by his clients as an expert in supply chain in the region and regularly contributes to industry forums on human capital trends for supply chains across Asia-Pacific.

​Some of the companies Ben has worked with include Johnson & Johnson, Rio Tinto, Kimberly- Clark, Schneider Electric, Unilever, GSK, Micron and Shell, through which he has built a deep network of the region’s best talent in procurement and supply chain as well as being tuned in with recruitment best practices for some of the world’s leading companies.

​Currently based in Singapore, Ben has a regional remit across the Asia-Pacific Region, where he supports businesses with senior level mandates in procurement and supply chain disciplines, typically with a regional or global scope.

​Ben also leads the growth of Connexus Global’s Supply Chain and Procurement Practice across Singapore, Australasia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Greater Asia.
