Operations & Marketing Manager
Milan joined Connexus Global in April to help support our back-office management for Singapore and Thailand. Milan has more than 5 years of experience in Operations, People and Facilities, and has had high success in her career working for multinational companies.
Prior to joining Connexus Global, Milan worked for a multinational recruitment firm covering workplace operations and facilities for the APAC region. Her responsibilities and achievements included setting up new offices, effective administrative systems, organising team building activities, and overall office management.
Milan is accountable for overseeing all operational activities required to manage in Connexus Global including Human Resources, Accounting, Administration, IT and Marketing.
Milan’s main focus is to relieve administrative and operational duties from the management and consultants, to allow all clients and candidate facing employees to focus on revenue generation, and the management staff to focus on team management and development.
