Will joined Connexus Global in 2022 and brings a wide variety of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Executive Search, and Recruitment Management.
Having spent the early part of his career in teaching and training, he then joined the recruitment industry in 2014. Starting out as a Recruitment Manager and progressing on to AVP Executive Recruitment, he specialised in senior-level Retained Search assignments across Indochina and successfully led a recruitment team of 9.
In 2020, after 6 years working in the Executive Recruitment function, he then embarked on a new challenge in L&D, where he was responsible for the training and development of 120+ recruitment staff, as well as driving a large number of recruitment and organizational process development initiatives.
In his role at Connexus, his goal is to establish a best-in-class L&D experience, so our people can achieve success and progress their careers, and the Connexus brand continues to grow across the globe.
