Our client is a leading food and agricultural corporation. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who has strong business development mindset. Besides sales revenue, you should have strong strategic thinking skill that can drive significant long-term impact.

Before applying for this role, please note that we are looking for a candidate whose background is from agricultural or animal productions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create short and long-term action and evaluate a variety of business models and financial fit plan to achieve the KPIs
  • Work collaboratively with the domestic team (commercial, legal, finance, and etc. team) and regional team in the execution of the strategy without direct authority
  • Prompt response to adapt the plan to unusual conditions and coordinate with the team to carry out on any changes
  • Identify rewarding business opportunities and take effective actions to capture them
  • Cultivate deep understand of the relevant market segments and evaluate various business strategy and propose the best action including critical capabilities and execution plan
  • Negotiate with prospective partners to secure deals that is beneficial to both parties in an efficient way

Credential qualifications:

  • More than 5 years’ experience in sales and business development from agricultural and animal productions
  • High communication skill who can present the opportunity in a professional way and align with internal team and third parties
  • Outstanding business acumen, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to travel both domestic and overseas trip
  • Quick sense of urgency and commercial proven track records.
