Our client is a market leader in professional services industry undergoing a global procurement transformation, where Singapore is a critical market of its business in Asia Pacific. Reporting directly to the Country Head of Supply Chain and Procurement, you will be overall responsible for the procurement function for the Subcontract category. You will lead the development and implementation of category strategy and projects, through cost reduction initiatives, supply base optimization, contract negotiation, awards and transitions.
