65% Sales Management & Business Development

  • Grow feed Sales Volume, Gross Contribution consistent with the business targets
  • Develop new business, new customer, as well as launching new product for shrimp
  • Partner with MD to develop and execute shrimp feed strategy in Indonesia
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Develop a customer-focused sales organization to drive value creation
  • Manage SG&A in line with business growth and management expectations 

15% Talent Development

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet targets
  • Ensure a talent pipeline is in place for succession on all key positions
  • Build commercial excellence capabilities across the organization

10% Pricing Management and Financial Management

  • Work with Pricing Lead to recommend pricing strategies to maximize volume and margins across the portfolio
  • Manage pricing execution; understand competitor price and market movements and manage the response
  • Be responsible and effective in recommending pricing strategies that will maximize volume and margins earned toward maximizing earnings of the aqua business.

10% Technical Deployment and Marketing Issues

  • Ensure product design meets customer requirements basis VBS and a competitive marketplace
  • Lead the sales team in their efforts to collect Proof of Performance (POP) to ensure product performance in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with SMT (Marketing and Technical Application) and Operations (QA/QC and production) to proactively design our products to consistently win in the marketplace.
  • Ensure all technical training support to Sales/Marketing and key customers is well-organized
  • Ensure the sales team understands and communicates product and service value proposition


  • Bachelor’s Degree is required (Animal Sciences/ Agricultural/ Fisheries/Veterinary Medicine)
  • 7-10+ years’ experience in sales leadership experiences. Must have experience in shrimp feed business
  • Strong expertise in commercial processes, e.g, value base solution process, new business development, etc.
  • Proven success in leading the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Proven record of talent development, i.e., recruiting, developing, coaching, succession planning
  • Advanced experience positively influencing and collaborating while engaging the full scope of his/her team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills and demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to solve complex problems through innovation, collaboration, creativity, and determination
