Are you a strategic thinking HR Manager with experience of change management and Learning & Development?

Your new employer is a service business employing 5000 members of staff in a number of worldwide locations. You will have experience of working with and managing a Blue-Collar workforce but its certainly great if you have other FMCG, Consumer Goods or Manufacturing related experience. It will help if you like influencing others and being that HR Strategist who will lead the change process
You will be responsible for the success, coaching, leadership and development of 4 Managers. Yes, you will have to be a HR all-rounder with a proven track record in Learning and Development (L&D)
You would be reporting to the head of FMCG and Manufacturing who will both challenge you and take a keen interest in your future development. Oh and you will be speaking to colleagues in Thailand and other parts of Asia so it’s important that you are a proficient in English language skills and someone that enjoys collaborating with international colleagues. You will also be a thai national as the majority of the client partners are based in Thailand
Operating in over 10 countries and annual revenues exceeding 2billion Dollars this company is both stable, profitable and has delivered positive profit levels during the covid period. This point is more relevant to those that value job security. Your current scope or company size is not as important as ability: You may be an Senior HR Manager in a large organisation looking for a more strategic challenge or a Country Manager in a small to medium sized multi-national business who is looking to take on a different set of accountabilities

What will you bring to the table?
You will bring at least 10 years of Senior HR and L&D experience, preferably developed whilst working for a multinational FMCG, Consumer Goods or Manufacturing company.
And what’s in it for you?
A base salary ranging from 280,000 to 320,000THB (This includes a 20k car allowance), Performance bonus, 1 Months fixed Bonus and other senior level benefits. You potential new employer is based in Bangkok and very close to the MRT line.
