A Distribution Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a distribution center. This includes managing the receiving, storage, and shipping of products, as well as overseeing a team of employees. The Distribution Center Manager will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining efficient systems and processes to ensure that the distribution center runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that products are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution center
• Manage a team of employees
• Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes
• Maintain inventory levels
• Ensure that products are delivered on time
• Meet or exceed established performance goals
• Continuously analyze and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Prepare and maintain budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution center management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of safety regulations
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, and other relevant software.
