You will have 8+ years experience in sales/business development in chemical industry with experience managing sales team. This American chemical company provides chemical product serving hospitality, healthcare, food and beverage, food service, retail, and facility management markets, holding a very positive reputation with both customers and existing employees
You will be given the opportunities to drive the business by

Leading sales team in biggest sector; Retail and Food service by developing sales strategy for existing key account customers and performs business development for new opportunities.
Identify opportunities for sales professionals to grow through existing and new training modules. Be a role model for self-development and learning
Analyze customer information for process and customer experience improvement opportunities.
Command and own any and all programs and items, including sales performance, management, taking proactive and responsible steps to improve account profitability and cash-flow.

You would be reporting to the MD. With more than two billion US dollar revenue in 2020, this company is both stable, profitable and has laid out a positive growth strategy for the short and medium term.

What will you bring to the table?
You will bring at least 8 years of Sales Experience in any application of chemical products in Retail or Food service Channel. Our client would be particularly keen on speaking to candidates with experience in the following areas: Cleansing/Hygiene Solution, Food and Ingredients product.
