A great opportunity to work with an MNC FMCG company as Head of Sales Operations (Trade Activation Lead).

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales Operations (Trade Activation Lead) to lead and manage a large team of product consultants (PC team).
The successful candidate will drive sales strategies and initiatives through the PC team, analyze data and market trends, and improve sales processes, systems, mechanics, and overall PC team operation.

As the Head of Sales Operations, you will be expected to develop and implement sales strategies that align with Commercial Director to whom you will be reported and drive revenue growth.
You will analyze market trends and data to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a large team of product consultants (PC Team),
setting clear goals and expectations, and providing ongoing support and development.

In this role, you will be required to monitor and report on sales metrics and results, including pipeline and revenue growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field and at least 5-10 years of experience in sales operations,
trade activation, or a similar role. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills and be proficient with CRM and other sales tools.
