Apart from managing the procurement of technology contingent workforce, you should have experience in:

Sourcing and identifying potential suppliers of technology contingent workforce
Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers
Managing and maintaining relationships with suppliers
Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Managing and monitoring the performance of suppliers
Managing a team

It's a plus if you have experience in a financial services industry, IT services industry or have been with workforce solutions providers.
