We seek an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join the growing start-up company.

You will lead the recruitment process, ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, and create an environment encouraging employee engagement and development. You will also coordinate with the management team to ensure the company’s policies and procedures are aligned with its goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations, developing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies, and managing employee benefits.

An understanding of HR best practices and an understanding of start-up culture is also desirable.
