We are looking for an ambitious,
entrepreneurial, and driven recruiter to join our successful team in Singapore.

In the past 18 months’ Connexus Global has grown at an impressive rate, predominantly from our offices in Singapore and Bangkok where in a short time we have become a leading recruitment business for Supply Chains in the region. We are proud of our achievements and continue to
be ambitious with our growth plans, creating a new opportunity for an experienced recruiter that’s keen to become an expert at what they do and progress their career with a growing business in a highly specialized market.  In this position, you will work closely with one of the Directors of the business supporting ongoing growth of our Procurement practice in Singapore. Initially, your role will be to develop the best candidate networks in the market while learning about the Procurement function in depth, and then support the business by opening up new client opportunities in industries that are of strategic importance to Connexus Global, this will be done with the close support of the leadership and wider regional team.

The longer-term goal is to be the most respected ‘go to’ recruiter for Procurement professionals in the Singapore market. Achieving this will see you grow your own career as a team manager or senior individual contributor, be part of the growth of the overall Connexus Global business with a competitive remuneration package and enjoyable work culture.

We are hoping to speak to candidate that have the following attributes:  

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial and solutions focused personality with the energy to work in a busy regional capacity in the highly specialised functional area of Procurement.

  • An inquisitive mindset, you will show a sincere interest in the industries of your clients and the functional areas of the company contacts and candidates you work with, by taking a proactive interest in your client businesses and candidates’ careers.

  • Inspired by solving problems and helping people.

  • A high level of commercial acumen deployed with an entrepreneurial sprit. You will be given the autonomy to spot opportunity in the market and given support and resources from the business to act on this.

  • Experience in an agency recruitment environment or with a business that has a similar nature of conducting business.

  • Extracurricular experiences or interests that showcase your outgoing personality.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability conduct business at all levels.

  • A strategic mindset with the perseverance and vision to think long term and to execute with a suitably aligned business plan you will be responsible for developing.

  • An ambitious character with a personal career plan that aligns well with the global ambitious of Connexus.
