You will come with high levels of energy, bags of enthusiasm, positivity, and creative ideas. You will need to be logical, organized, and proactive.

You will be the trusted head of business operations, supporting the company directors in both the day to day running of the business, but also taking a lead in long-term strategic operational and growth projects, that will see the business expand internationally as well as become the leading value chain specialist recruitment and search business in the Asia Pacific region in the short-term and globally long term.

A quick snapshot of Connexus Global; In less than two years, Connexus Global has grown from a three-person start-up to an award-winning regional recruitment specialist with over 15 + employees working across two offices in Singapore and Thailand.

We have ambitious plans to expand globally and to support this, the need has arisen for a Head of Operations to manage group level operational requirements to ensure the efficient and profitable running of the company.  

This role will work in partnership with the company directors and be seen internally as a solution provider that will provide:

International expansion planning and operational research  

  • Ad-hoc project management         

  • Finance operations

  • Working with and sourcing suppliers

  • Marketing coordination

  • Ensuring company compliance with local regulatory requirements

  • Enhancing and documenting internal processes

  • Working with our consultants across the region to help them deliver exceptional customer service

  • Group level business administration, systems, and data management

We are not looking for someone to tick all the boxes or to have undertaken all of these specific duties in the past, many of the requirements of the role can be learned by someone that demonstrates initiative, passion, business partnering, and a good
general understanding of business operations and how a sales focussed business runs.
