This position will provides highly visible customer support and oversee necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, services of complex equipment and systems. In the role, you will design and conduct DOE for process development. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to optimize tool performance.

To be considered for this role, you will have 3-5 years’ relevant experience in laser applications or dry etch process. It will be expected that you have demonstrated ability in interacting with customers.
