The hiring company, a European MNC with more than 100 years of heritage and strong global presence within its field, is seeking an Internal Communications Assistant Manager who is passionate about developing employer branding across the entire employee journey/lifecycle. You will be the regional advocate and conduit for all internal messaging and employee communications in the organisation, where you are entrusted with the responsibility and autonomy to develop and manage the internal communications framework. It you are someone with lots of new ideas and initiatives, this is also the place where they are greatly appreciated.

As part of the APAC Human Resource team, you will also be given the opportunity to expand your skill set beyond the communications responsibilities, supporting the regional HR planning & strategic acitivities.
