This MNC business are embarking on a global procurement transformation, there is a board level backed mandate to drive Procurement industry best practices, processes, strategies, and technology. As a business, they are market leaders in their field with a global footprint, premium reputation, and strong leadership.
The purpose of this position is to design and implement procurement excellence into the Singapore business, that is a major market for them in the region and home to the Asia Pacific regional headquarters.
We are looking to identify an accomplished procurement process and excellence individual that comes from an environment that is known for procurement best practice and excellence. Specifically, this business is rolling out market leading procurement P2P technology, driving category strategies, developing, and centralising technology enabled processes and localising a global procurement strategy.
To be successful in this position, the candidate will have a track record in driving procurement improvements and processes, being strategic but also hands on in execution, an excellent stakeholder manager at all levels of the business with a track record engaging and influencing local stakeholders for change.
Additional skill that will also be highly desirable will include project management, technology implementation, devising business engagement workshops, internal consulting, and communication with international person and leaders that contribute towards the global procurement transformation.
