Are you an FMCG Sales Manager looking for a position where you have full ownership of the sales operations for Thailand? Are you a natural leader who inspires people creating a fantastic team culture?

Here you will enjoy developing a country business plan by aligning global and regional strategies and being able to take ownership to deliver the country's targets and plans to achieve the company's overall goals.
You will have full authority covering end-to-end sales activities consisting of 50% finding business opportunities and 50% taking care of existing clients. Therefore, you will need to have extensive leadership and sales experience within both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade.
As for this role, you will be reporting to the Commercial Director who is based in Korea and managing 5 salespeople on your team, so of course, full proficiency in English is a must!
Furthermore, with your high level of stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with other teams, you will always have people nearby to give a 2nd opinion should you ever need it.
The role is with a leading consumer multinational company and the office is located in Eastern Bangkok – But you will need to travel and face some challenges from time to time. If you are a sales leader with strong leadership abilities, you are independent with interpersonal skills, hand-on and results & productivity-oriented, then you could be a great fit for this role.
