Senior Supply Chain Consultant

Connexus are thrilled to be working with a boutique Supply Chain consultancy on a newly created Senior Consultant position. This business has gone from strength to strength globally, and are expanding their Singapore-based team to include a new Subject Matter Expert in Demand, Supply and S&OP. This newly created role has a fast-track to Principal level, offers the ability to work with some incredibly exciting clients, and the opportunity to develop and grow in a fast-paced, industry leading consultancy.

The Role:

Work with clients across various Consumer, Pharmaceutical and Retail as the Forecasting & Planning SME, leading everything from Supply, Demand, Production Planning and S&OP implementations and development
Lead both top-level strategy and project execution with clients
Engage with multiple clients on a wide variety of projects, travelling 20-30% of the time to client sites both in Singapore and internationally
Support other consultants in the team on other projects across the business as the Forecasting and Planning expert

Requirements

7+ years in Supply Chain Planning within the Consumer or Pharmaceutical industry, ideally with 2-3 years experience in management consulting
Excellent understanding of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, IBP, and broad Supply Chain topics outside of forecasting
Highly flexible and quick to learn, able to work across a variety of projects, industries and clients at once
Able to work closely with clients, with excellent stakeholder management experience
Ambitious and willing to travel up to 30% of the time
Candidates with strong academic background highly preferred but not essential
