Our Client is an established European Trading business who is looking for a Sales Coorditnator to support the growing business across APAC. The company has offices throughout the world in 35 different locations and employs people from more than 100 countries.
This person will help set up the process for all their trade finance in APAC (excluding China).
You will support the VP of Sales and Sales Manager to manage both import & export documents to ensure timely clearance & delivery of shipment.
You will need to prepare import/export documents including B/L, L/C, packing list, certificate of origin etc, and Letter of credit issuance/negotiation with the bank.
What you’ll need:
You will need to have at least 7 experience in import and export shipping documentation and really love working with local and international clients.
You will need to have strong knowledge of import & export of LC (Letter of Credit) and trade incoterm
You need to prepare all the necessary docs and handle the full spectrum of shipping documents
Mandarin is highly preferred as you will be liaising with Chinese banks and suppliers.
As this is a newly set up HQ in Singapore, we’re looking for someone who’s mature and proactive. This role is open to all ages.
The role will be based in Singapore, hence Singaporean or PR already in Singapore will be preferred.
