This company and global leaders and premium consumable product suppliers to the high-performance motor sports segment. With excellent presence and penetration globally and partnering associations with sports leading motor sports event they are now looking to penetrate further their market presence and distribution in the Oceania market.

This is a highly recognisable global brand with a strong reputation, now seeking growth in the region across broader segments in Oceania where there is significant market opportunity. This is a regional role that might be suited to an industry expert in a state-based role seeking to expand their territory nationally, in NZ and across the Pacific Islands.

We are looking for a candidate that has a passion for motor sports and the automotive industry in general, but to be successful you will be working within a business where you have developed a strong understanding of channel management in the Automotive aftermarket segment. Ideally you will have a track record of working with both retailers and distributors to drive product penetration for the automotive aftermarket.

In this role, you will be charged with taking a product that has a strong presence in its key premium market, but an abundance of potential for further penetration via strategic business development into other segments and via distributors, or through strong collaboration with product management.

The role will be a new position, the Oceania region has previously been managed remotely internationally, the company have now decided to have on ground penetration working with distributors in this growing market.

The position remunerates competitively and will have high bonus potential linked to distribution.

The role can be based anywhere in Australia and will have a requirement to travel when circumstances allow and will also report into the regional headquarters in the Asia Pacific region.

This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for the industry and a track record strategically developing markets working across external partnerships, marketing, and product management, ideally via a distribution route to market in Automotive aftermarket.
