Connexus are thrilled to be supporting a market-leading multinational business on a newly created Director of Supply Chain Planning based in Tokyo. Working closely with global stakeholders, this is an excellent role to make an impact on a global business and lead change in the planning process.

Responsbilities

- Identify improvements and optimizations on the Supply Chain Planning process, aligning with regional and global stakeholders on projects
- Work closely with Japan regional team to implement and optimize planning processes
- Drive initiatives alongside Global Supply Chain team
- Work to optimize forecast accuracy, bias, inventory health and more across the region

Who we're looking for

- 10+ years in Supply & Demand Planning processes
- Experience building and developing S&OP processes
- Director-level experience in the Supply Chain
- Experience from a Consumer business ideal
- Fluency in Japanese and English essential
