Fed up of typical hierarchical systems and finding it hard to progress further in your current company?

You will be able to understand complex value-based selling which will be the equivalent of being a Chief Revenue Officer and knowing your numbers, in order to understand what levers to pull with regards to margin management.
You will need to have extensive leadership and sales experience selling best in class building materials such as Glass, Steel, Lighting Chemicals or Paints, our client will also consider candidates from the industrial equipment sector who share similar distribution channels. 
In this role you will be reporting to the President of Thailand and managing three major business units which will consist of Home, Retail and Projects and managing a large team of salespeople. This will be great for you if you enjoy having a lot of responsibility and high decision making power, whilst also developing a large, high-performing team.
Your main purpose as the Vice President Sales is to show previous tangible results developing a strong network of sales channels in the building material and construction sectors. You will also need to have a comprehensive understanding of the entire value chain network which will involve the plan, buy, make and delivery of the materials.
Do you love to travel for work occasionally, but still enjoy being based at home? Then you’re in luck, this position will be located in central Bangkok with extensive travel to the manufacturing and customer locations across Thailand. You’ll also get plenty of international exposure traveling overseas to New Zealand, Australia and North America.
As you can see, this is an outstanding career opportunity for a strategic sales leader who is either a Thai or ASEAN national with at least 4-5 years’ working experience in Thailand.
