An International consulting firm is seeking a Consulting Manager / Acting Country Manager to lead consulting engagements, business development, and overall Vietnam office operations.

This senior leadership role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City and responsible for developing new business, managing client engagements, supporting Vietnam operations, expanding the local team, and leading consulting project delivery across multiple sectors, with support from an expatriate Executive Director based in the regional office.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, client management, and leadership capabilities within a regional and multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, proven experience managing teams and multiple projects, and strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
