A well-established local beverage company is looking for a Key Account Manager (Modern Trade) in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Assign sales target for hypermart. Develop promo strategies to achieve overall banner/channel target been set.
- Manage trade promo spending within company allocated amount
- Propose new product listing/extension into FP account
- Regularly brief and communicate with internal operations team on monthly/adhoc promo setup and executions.
- Tracking Key customer service level and show improvement on score card report
- Review quarterly/half yearly business review with key customers.
- Working closely with internal marketing/trade marketing team on account management, category performance and effectiveness.
- Analyse sales performance for each customer and determine business growth potential.
- Sales forecasting accuracy for respective key customers been assigned.
- Responsible for key accounts receivables. Monitor AR aging and coordinate with credit control and accounts receivable team
- To deliver both Top & Bottomline & manage trade spend budget allocated from management
Requirements
- 5+ years in key account management with people leadership within the FMCG/ modern or off-trade
- Good in developing new accounts and maintaining good relationship with current customers
- Background in sales & marketing
- Stakeholder management with HQ buyer and management
- Good in negotiation and striking a good deal with ROIs for the company
