What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive sales, profitability, and execution across Modern Trade channels in Thailand.
• Manage and grow key MT accounts through strong relationships and commercial negotiations.
• Develop and execute joint business plans (JBP), promotions, and customer strategies.
• Develop trade plans and execute in-store activations, visibility, and promotions.
• Ensure strong on-shelf execution, distribution, and availability across key retailers.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver seamless go-to-market execution.
• Track market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Who You Are

• Fluent in Thai & English
• Proven experience in Modern Trade sales, Key Account Management, and/or Trade Marketing
• Background in FMCG, fresh food, or consumer goods
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations
• Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented
• Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to grow
