Job Title: Managing Director

We are helping a leading food & beverage company, known for the market leading local brand to search for a Managing Director to lead the team and be responsible overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our production and processing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining product quality, and driving the success of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of production and processing operations and quality control.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity while maintaining high product quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely delivery of finished products.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, expand market share, and maximize profitability.
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company’s presence in the market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in senior management position with  food & beverage companies with proven experience in managing commercial and production aspects of business.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles, with the ability to analyze sales and financial data, develop budgets, and make strategic business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive sales growth and deliver results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
