The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives within a complex, high-tech manufacturing environment. Projects will span across:
- New Product Introduction (NPI) and product ramp activities
- Manufacturing scale-up and capacity expansion
- New equipment builds and industrialisation
- Operational improvement and process optimisation
- Cross-functional transformation and change initiatives
You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, and global stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
This role offers strong visibility, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a critical growth phase.
About You
We are seeking experienced project management professionals who are comfortable operating in structured, technical, and fast-paced environments.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within a high-tech or advanced manufacturing setting
- Background in industries such as: Semiconductors, Advanced materials, Industrial equipment and High-tech OEM manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills within matrix organisations
- Ability to manage risk, complexity, and multiple parallel workstreams
- Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is advantageous
