Quality Director – Ready for Your Next Challenge?
We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Director to join our international client, a leading Food manufacturer with large-scale production operations in Thailand.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the company’s quality strategy, driving food safety, regulatory compliance, and customer confidence across the business.
You’ll oversee the full quality agenda, including plant QA/QC, food safety systems, supplier quality, OEM customer relationships, and continuous improvement, while building a strong quality-first culture.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 15+ years of strong quality leadership experience within the food & beverage manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, GMP, CAPA, and quality management systems
- Experience managing Thai FDA compliance, export regulations, customer audits, and OEM quality requirements
- Proven leadership experience developing high-performing quality teams
- Professional proficiency in both Thai and English
Due to the nature of the role, preference will be given to Thai nationals who can effectively collaborate with both local manufacturing teams and international leadership.
