Quality Director
Lead Quality. Drive Excellence. Make an Impact. (Technology Manufacturing)
We’re looking for an experienced Quality leader to drive operational excellence, champion continuous improvement, and build a strong quality culture in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You’ll help:
- Lead the Quality function and quality strategy.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
- Lead supplier quality, customer quality, and new product quality.
- Develop high-performing teams and drive quality KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing quality from technology, electronics or related industry
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and 8D.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver business results.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia. Visa/work permit sponsorship is not available for this role
