A fast-growing start-up specialised in baby products is looking for a Regional Key Account Manager (Distributors Management) in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Management Team to develop international business and growth strategies to achieve growth in international markets
- Provide strategic support to the Head of Commercial in driving business discussions, negotiations with key account, developing launch strategies and setting clear sales targets to achieve desired growth
- Drive growth of company’s international business through the execution of business strategies and key account management of international distributors
- Manage regional key accounts and support international partners to establish business plans, sales targets and marketing budgets with clear deliverables
- Establish, maintain and grow key accounts through regular communications including regular brand and product trainings, managing customer service-related enquiries, quality issues and FAQs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Hegen’s international footprint through prospecting, pitching and convert potential business partners for new market entry
- Monitor, analyse and provide timely reporting and tracking to Management Team on the performance of key accounts, as well as identify ways to improve the performance
- Keep abreast with key international market trends and developments, including competition, to strengthen company’s market share and brand positioning
- Oversee project timelines for new products and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful launch of new products
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure on-time marketing reporting, logistic support, quality improvements, and other administrative support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Marketing, International Relations, Economics or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in driving international business growth and distributors management
- Past experience working overseas will be advantageous
- Proven track record of driving international business growth, preferably with experience in the consumer goods and retail industry
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Possesses exceptional negotiation skills to explore and develop actionable plans for new business opportunities
- Deep understanding of international markets, including market dynamics, trends, and competition
- Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies to different stakeholders
- Self-motivated, energetic and passionate to take full ownership
- Will be required to travel overseas when required
