Sales & Marketing Director

The company is looking for commercial director to manage products and assortment as one business unit, develop, conceptualize and purchase products to achieve annual sales, profit and new product launch targets in line with company strategy, to achieve annual sales, profit and product launch targets in line with company strategy.
Specific Duties and Job Function
- Conduct and review yearly budgeting (Sales, margin, other income) by Category and strategic planning including corporate positioning market and competitive analysis.
- Provides the strategy, insight, training, processes and systems to teams to deliver the right product at the right price.
- Drive transformation in a fast paced and energetic environment, working with key stakeholders across all the teams in company.
- Set pricing strategy, building colleague capability, improving our partner relationships; managing large scale change projects; or, shaping our promotional planning.
- Performance Review by store by category.
Who is it for?
We are looking for a senior level of candidate with Trade Marketing plus Marketing background with at least 15 years of experience from FMCG or retail industries and if you also have background experience from MNC would be an advantage. You will have to be fluent in both Thai and English communication.
