A leading large-scale food manufacturing business is seeking a visionary operations leader to drive transformation, performance acceleration, and manufacturing excellence across global operations. This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, a leader capable of turning complex operational challenges into scalable improvements that elevate productivity, reliability, quality, and people capability across multiple manufacturing sites.

You will lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives, shape operational excellence roadmaps, influence strategic investment decisions, and collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Innovation teams to unlock long-term business value. Beyond operational delivery, this position plays a critical role in building future-ready manufacturing capabilities, embedding a high-performance culture, and developing strong local leadership pipelines across the organization.
