Sourcing Manager, Asia (Automotive aftermarket) – Build, Lead, Deliver

What you’ll be doing:
- Establish and lead a high-performing sourcing team in Asia.
- Own the full sourcing funnel: from spotting the right suppliers to getting them on-board and delivering at scale.
- Drive factory-direct programs that cut costs and strengthen supply chain resilience.
- Partner closely with merchandising and supply chain teams to make sure programs integrate seamlessly.
- Lead supplier evaluations, RFQs, and qualification decisions with confidence.
- Keep quality front and center, ensuring suppliers meet standards from day one.

- Deep experience in factory-direct sourcing and supplier qualification.
