He has developed an excellent network of local and international leaders across multiple sectors in Thailand, along with a solid understanding of Thai cultural and business practices.
Peter is a trusted advisor to clients from Industrial Machinery, Building Materials, Chemicals, Electronics, and Disruptive Technologies, providing emerging and senior leadership talent. In addition, he has deep functional expertise in General Management, Sales, Supply Chain, IT & Digital, and Human Resources, and has led numerous senior-level appointments.
Background
Peter has lived in Thailand since 2008. Prior to joining Connexus Global, he had founded a small boutique search firm, been a Director and Board member of one of Thailand’s largest staffing firms, and served as a Managing Consultant at the leading global executive search firm.
He has professional certifications for various subjects including Talent Acquisition, Digital HR Transformation, People Analytics, Blockchain, and Data Science in HR. He is certified to administer multiple behavioural and personality assessments.
