Brand Manager 

Summary:  

We are seeking a well-rounded Brand Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the brand strategy and development of our product portfolios for a Startup FMCG that has just been set up in the Thailand market. This includes conducting market research, coordinating product development, and implementing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the market, enabling them to identify growth opportunities effectively. 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute the product brand strategy in alignment with company objectives. 
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor landscape, and customer demands. 
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to supervise the creation of new products that meet customer needs and align with brand standards. 
  • Establish and optimize conversion points and user funnels. 
  • Work alongside sales teams to formulate and implement impactful sales strategies and promotional campaigns. 
  • Manage the marketing budget and create marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand visibility and boosting sales. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. 
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies when necessary, utilizing relevant marketing tools. 
  • Measure and report on the performance of all integrated marketing campaigns, evaluating results against predefined goals, ROI, and KPIs. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating them into brand strategies and marketing endeavors. 
  • Continuously engage with consumers to gather feedback and enhance the product based on their input. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. 
  • Native Thai speaker and good English communication 
  • Minimum of 5 years of brand management or product marketing experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within the personal care industry. 
  • Extensive knowledge of the market, including customer needs and competitive landscape. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, utilizing data to make informed decisions. 
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
