Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement efficient logistics network to support business operations.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current logistics operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute logistics strategies for transportation, warehousing, and distribution to optimise efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers to achieve service excellence.
- Track and evaluate logistics performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead projects supporting market expansions, product launches, and other key business initiatives.
- Identify logistics challenges and work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that optimise operations.
- Integrate innovative technologies and industry best practices into logistics operations.
- Focus on achieving sustainability goals, including reducing carbon footprints and resource optimisation.
- Ensure alignment with local and international logistics regulations and sustainability targets.
Experiences
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, with a track record in network design and optimisation
- Experience in consumer goods or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
