This high-impact role is ideal for a hands-on CI leader with 10+ years’ experience from multinational Food/FMCG manufacturing business, preferably managed across multiple manufacturing sites before. 

You’ll drive OEE improvement, yield loss reduction, and downtime optimization, while building standardized systems using digital tools.

A Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is essential, along with strong technical know-how and a passion for driving results in dynamic environments.
