• Build and empower a high-performing commercial team, agile, passionate, and aligned with regional and global ambitions.
• Shape strategy and execution, from sharp 1-year operational plans to bold 10-year growth visions.
• Own the P&L and drive profitable, sustainable growth through smart commercial and financial decisions.
• Strengthen partnerships with distributors while exploring new routes-to-market and operational efficiencies.
• Champion innovation and brand excellence, expanding our premium portfolio with a special focus on one of the world’s most iconic brands.
