The Opportunity

You’ll manage the full lifecycle of commercial kitchen projects from design coordination and equipment sourcing to installation and handover. This is a hands-on role working closely with chefs, contractors, engineers, and architects to deliver spaces that set the standard in performance and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of kitchen projects from design to completion.
- Manage budgets, BOQs, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and procurement.
- Oversee MEP, HACCP, ventilation, and on-site execution.
- Ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and above standard.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years’ experience managing commercial kitchen, hospitality, or fit-out construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in MEP systems, installation, and site coordination.
- Fluent communicator in Thai and English (open to expats with Thai proficiency).
- Hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and loves solving problems.
- Engineering or technical background preferred
