Sales Representative – Specialty Ingredients (Middle East) Location: Dubai, UAE | Regional Travel. A global Fortune 500 ingredients and solutions provider is looking for a Sales Representative to manage and grow a key customer portfolio across the Middle East. The company works across food, beverage, personal care, and industrial applications, with a strong focus on plant-based, clean-label, and functional ingredient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales across the region and develop new business.
- Manage and expand relationships with customers across multiple levels.
- Build and execute account plans and lead annual pricing/contract negotiations.
- Identify customer opportunities and drive technical/commercial projects with support from applications teams.
- Introduce new products and innovation concepts to customers.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and accurate CRM/forecasting data.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance.
Ideal Profile
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related technical field.
- Strong commercial experience in food or specialty ingredients.
- Good understanding of food processes and formulation.
- Arabic-speaking + fluent English.
- Based in Dubai with regular regional travel.
