We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our business, a leading Product Value Chain Recruitment Business with offices in Singapore, London and Bangkok.
Due to our continued expansion, we are looking to bring our finance function in-house and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead this new venture.
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the financial operations of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial analysis and commission calculations. You will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability and growth of the business by providing accurate and timely financial information to management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the financial operations of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
- Manage payroll, including commission calculations, budgeting and forecasting, cashflow, and review operating costs
- Work with the operational Board to produce budgets and forecasts for each office to facilitate the ongoing expansion and financial success of the business
- Develop financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations to management
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Coordinate with external contacts including accountants, lawyers and local authorities to ensure that all financial reports comply with local regulations
- Establish best practices to ensure the department and processes are scalable in line with the growth of the business
Key attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience, with experience working for a recruitment or services business being preferable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis for both the Singapore and UK markets, with experience of Thailand beneficial
- Confident with strong communication skills and comfortable with a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability will be key
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software, preferably XERO
