Responsibilities:
- Excellent team management skills while encouraging a positive team spirit.
- Ensure all team members adhere to the company’s goals and visions.
- Capable of setting Key Performance Indicators for your team members
- Instill a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
- Constantly utilizing various strategies, including products, services, and events to drive and maximize sales performance.
- Develop business initiatives to help grow the client base, increase sales, and elevate the company’s standing in the marketplace.
- Staying up to date with the market, knowing your competitors and identify opportunities for any commercial developments.
- Educating the customers about the brand and product.
- Utilize client data to retain and enhance client loyalty.
- Effectively manage stock levels and merchandising guidelines, maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Ensure operational compliance across the store, including POS and cashing procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience within the marketing industry in a luxury retail environment.
- Leading teams of 5 to 10 people within the luxury retail industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving retail results in terms of marketing and profitability.
- Having proficient English speaking and writing skills.
