The Role: CHIEF SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER
The Salary Package: 500-700,000 THB, Car allowance, Living Allowance and other senior level benefits
The location: Based in Bangkok with regional travel
This role is open to expats who are currently working in SE Asia and Thai Nationals
Do you fall into the following category
- Chief Supply Chain Officer or VP (Medium sized business)
- Senior Supply Chain Director (Large Business)
- Existing Chief Supply Chain Officer who is now up against the glass ceiling?
Do you work in one of the following Industries, preferably with an International Multi-National Company:
- FMCG (Food, Drink and other areas)
- Manufacturing (Any)
- Logistics and Third Party Logistics
Your potential new employer is a global consumer goods business but its OK if you have other FMCG or general 3PL related experience. You will have experience of working in Thailand for 5+ years and you will understand Thai workplace culture. You will be responsible for the success, coaching, leadership and development of 8 Senior Direct Reports. Yes, you will be a Supply Chain all-rounder with excellent technical and people management skills but also someone that really enjoys coaching your team and developing internal stakeholder relationships.
You would be reporting to the Managing Director with a dotted line to a Board Of Directors. With multi-billion dollar revenue this company is both stable, profitable and has delivered positive profit levels year-on-year. Your current scope or company size is not as important as ability

What will you bring to the table?
You will bring at least 10-15 years of end to end Supply Chain experience, preferably developed whilst working for a multinational company with a large footprint in SE Asia
