COUNTRY GENERAL MANAGER – Bangkok Province
SALARY – 450,000-600,000 Thb Monthly, Company Car, Performance Bonus and other company benefits
PLEASE NOTE – This role is open to Thai Nationals and Expats who have managed in Thailand for 7+ years

You will possess a proven track record, preferably within an international business of course, within Industrial Manufacturing, Industrial Machinery, Building Supplies/Construction or Chemicals
THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAIL
You will have a proven track record in Industrial Machinery, Industrial Manufacturing, Construction/Building Supplies or Chemical Manufacturing – THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
You will be accountable for the leadership and development of over 150 staff and 7 Senior Direct Reports
You will be working for an International MNC business with large market share in Asia, Europe and The USA
You will manage Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Design and Installation and engineering
The role is very customer facing, particularly on the sales and installation side
My client is looking for a problem-solver, Someone who has the capability and track record of transforming a poorly performing business or growing a succesful business
