As the Country IT Manager, you will be responsible for the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and support services for the country, while leading and managing the IT team to deliver successful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT team, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and execute the IT strategy for the country, aligned with the company’s global IT roadmap.
- Ensure the IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and available to meet business needs.
- Lead and manage the implementation of IT projects, from design through to implementation, ensuring that they meet business requirements, are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee the support services for end-users, including service desk, incident management, and problem management.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for outsourced services related to IT.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in managing IT teams, including performance management and development.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, security, and cloud computing.
- Experience in leading and managing IT projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with business objectives.
