Director – Supply Chain Technology & Transformation
This leadership role is accountable for driving the transformation of supply chain planning capabilities across the Asia Pacific region through advanced technology solutions. With a strong focus on S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), this role will champion the design, implementation, and optimization of planning systems, harmonizing practices across markets and elevating digital maturity. The successful candidate will partner with global and regional supply chain and IT teams to ensure alignment and delivery of a digitally enabled planning organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a comprehensive supply chain technology strategy with focus on planning pillars: S&OP, IBP, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Scenario Modeling.
- Deploy and manage planning tools such as o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or similar platforms across multiple APAC countries.
- Lead process harmonization across markets and act as a strategic thought partner to regional supply chain leaders.
- Oversee full program lifecycle including system design, implementation, integration, testing, user training, and support.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness through targeted change management and capability development plans.
- Ensure strong data management and integration between planning systems and core ERP platforms.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve planning accuracy, responsiveness, and efficiency through digital capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10–15 years of experience in supply chain systems, planning transformation, or digital implementation roles.
- In-depth understanding of S&OP and IBP best practices and frameworks.
- Strong exposure to large-scale planning system rollouts across diverse geographies.
- Hands-on experience with one or more leading planning platforms.
- Ability to work across cultures and manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
