Our client is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to cover Thailand market.
As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social and content marketing strategies based on the types of campaigns of our client’s E-commerce platform. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sellers, merchants, and the creator management team to identify marketing needs of each campaign and develop effective and creative marketing plans accordingly.
In this role, you will define the benchmark setting of E-commerce market campaigns and establish clear metrics to measure performance in customer awareness, new user acquisition, and customer experience. You will also lead efforts to analyze, report and recommend improvements to marketing strategy and implementation to continuously optimize marketing campaign performance and internal collaboration process.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, 2 years of management experience; E-commerce, social media, community, or brand marketing experience is preferred. You should be able to communicate fluently in both Thai & English language. Demonstrated experience in developing a creative, strategic approach to marketing campaigns for user growth and awareness is required, along with proven ability in coordinating different campaign stakeholders such as public relations, international brand, marketing agency, and MCN. Strong social media exposure and marketing ability across multiple platforms are essential, and familiarity with short video and live-streaming eco-system is a plus.
