A well-established commodity trading house is on the lookout for an Office Assistant to join their team in Singapore. This role will locally support the main office and related subsidiaries.
Responsbilities:
- Provide front desk/reception duties for the office, which includes handling of all phone call, and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally
- Manage, process and monitor invoices
- HSC support for the office as required
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
- Collect and distribute incoming mails and handle courier services
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, ideally with experience in a corporate environment
- Strong communication skills and able to liaise with key stakeholders
- Flexible approach and strong initiative required
- Professional, responsible and strong team player
