The successful candidate will develop and design channel strategies to achieve the sales target, expand distribution channels and sales coverage, build strong relationships with distributor partners and key customers, understand consumer insight, conduct market and sales analysis, customize plans for key customers, initiate partnership campaigns and cross-merchandising activities, lead and coach sales teams, and work closely with all related parties to ensure smooth operations and reach sales targets.
5+ years of working experience in sales in FMCGs (Food service), experience and good relationships with Food Chain, HORECA, and Distributors, as well as strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate in both English and Thai are essential for this role.
